Dream Day 2025
Over 400 Dream It Real Scholars filled The Shed in New York City with energy, excitement and possibility for Dream Day 2025, the Coach Foundation’s annual convening. This Dream Day marked two major milestones: the graduation of the first cohort of North America Dream It Real scholars, and the welcoming of the largest and newest class of Dream It Real scholars.

OUR STORY
Coach began with a dream.
In the many years since, Coach has embodied the spirit of optimism and endless possibilities of its founders by creating opportunities for under-resourced young people to pursue their passions through the Coach Foundation.
Many young people dream of building a career from social media. Lucas is actually doing it. The 22-year-old YouTuber from Queens, New York has amassed over 320,000 subscribers on his channel. He credits his Coach Dream It Real mentor, Jonathon, with helping to unlock his full potential. “I was extremely close to quitting, and he convinced me to give it some time and to not be so impatient. I listened to his advice and so far, it has been better than I ever expected.”
Meet Rasia
Raisa was the first person in her family to study abroad. When the opportunity arose to go to Madrid, Spain during in her senior year at Baruch College, she heavily debated whether she should go. Europe would be quite far from Brooklyn, New York—where she’d been her whole life. But Raisa took the leap and went to Madrid, daring to Dream It Real.
Meet Ruth
A Dream It Real Scholar since her freshman year, Ruth is now 22 years old and living in East Newark, New Jersey. She recently volunteered for a youth music program in Saratoga Park, New York and is building her singing career. “Dream It Real has made my goals more tangible because it bridged the gap to being able to fund higher education. It’s very invested in the lives of students.”
